Beach Kranevo

Kranevo Beach is a three-kilometre stretch of fine golden sand on the northern Bulgarian Black Sea coast, located midway between the resort complexes of Albena and Golden Sands. The beach faces due east and receives full sun from early morning. During the summer season from June to September, air temperatures generally range from twenty-six to thirty-three degrees Celsius, while the sea water warms to between twenty-three and twenty-seven degrees by midsummer. The seabed is sandy with a gradual slope, and the water stays shallow for a considerable distance from the shore. This gentle gradient makes Kranevo one of the safest beaches on the coast for families with small children, as toddlers can wade and splash without sudden drop-offs.
